Fabulous!!

I went Couch shopping with my friend and we went to the Brick in Brockville. Ryan is spectacular!! Not pushy at all. He is so honest and helpful, I also bought a couch. The whole staff was VERY personable. I also loved the girl with the longer blonde air. Who knew spending $2300 on a new couch could be a great experience? Ryan was so polite, personable and was genuinely interested in fulfilling our needs. And he nailed it. Will definitely go back!!!

Round dining table with 4 chairs

I purchased a dining room set with 4 chairs. ‘Dawson Conners was my sales person at the Brick and kept me informed as to the status of my shipment delivery. The set was delivered by Derek and Jeff, who were very professional, polite and quickly placed my order where Instructed. The dining room set is beautiful! It was well packed and instructions were very easy to put together. A couple of minor searches on chair legs but otherwise looking great! As a new resident of Brockville, I look forward to shopping at the Brick. Service was excellent! Thank you!

I recently had a fridge delivered to my residence. E.J and Jonathon were the fellows delivering the fridge. They were professional, competent and extremely efficient. They provided excellent customer service and I wanted to share, as their management team should be aware of what dedicated and capable members work on their team. Thanks to E.J. and Jonathon for a very positive customer experience.

We purchased a king size bed set from the Brick. The salesman Richard was most helpful and we received an email as well a phone call giving us a window timeframe that the delivery would arrive. 2 men arrived introduced themselves as EJ and Ryan. They were most helpful, polite and very professional. They removed the old bed, set up the new bed, gave us a visual on how to properly take care of the bed. They were so pleasant that I thought that I should share our encounter should you ever purchase from the Brick. You will be in very good hands, just make sure you ask that EJ and Ryan be the delivery people. We have had many deliveries from the Brick but this is the 1st time that I felt I had to let someone know that these guys were excellent. Best of Luck to both these men as they are great ambassadors for the Brick!

I have been shopping at the Brick for many years not only because it is locally owned, but because the service and pricing are the best around. 5 star all around!!!
