Went to the brick and got a good deal on a new fridge. Then I saw a nice looking coffee table that I thought would look nice in my living room. Everything was delivered on time delivery guys were awesome. After they left I noticed the size of the box my coffee table and realized it's a little too big for my living room. Without opening the box I called the brick to see if I could return the coffee table due to the size. That's when I was informed that they DO NOT DO RETURNS. unless defective. This is the first time I have ever heard this anywhere. Guess I will have to live with an over sized coffee table.

Hello, we recently purchased six appliances at your store. Our sales representative was mike who was personable and extremely pleasant to deal with. He was knowledgeable and answered our questions honestly, ensuring that the bricks policies and guarantees were met. This resulted in a shopping experience that was enjoyable and stress free. We have since hosted two dinner parties in our home using our new appliances and made a point of expressing to our family and guests our pleasure with the service received at the brick. It was outstanding.

I had a fantastic experience in Brick store Kingston, and I've never even been to the showroom! I just moved from apartment to our new house and we were looking for good quality furniture on reasonable price. The representative I dealt with at store was super helpful, answered all my questions and provide suggestions too. Furniture and TV delivered to mu house in very short period, I was thoroughly impressed with the prompt service and the furniture itself is beautiful, even nicer than I expected. I'm really happy with the entire transaction, and I plan to visit the showroom again. This is how you create loyal customers! Thank you Sheela for your wonder full suggestions.

Our recent experience with the Brick was excellent. Salesperson Maxine was extremely friendly, patient and helpful in assisting our selection of a couch, chair and mattress. The delivery later arrived on time and was quickly set up by the delivery people. We searched a long time for the quality and comfort of the furniture we found finally found at the Brick. Thanks Maxine!

I recently had the tragedy of losing my home to a house fire. Needing to purchase everything for my new home I contacted the Brick and I met with a representative. Doug was knowledgeable, he knew the products, he knew the specs on everything I had questions about. I’ve even messaged him a few times about measurements and product codes and he immediately responded. I would recommend this amazing store to everyone! Complete customer satisfaction and gratitude is all that I have for The Brick in Kingston and Doug. Thank you for assisting me and making this tragic time in my life more bearable with quality home furnishings and decor. 100/10
