Poor selection of office desks. Person helping me had limited knowledge of desks and what was available. Maybe other areas have better service but not office furniture for sure!

Stopped in have some documents scanned and the staff, one who seemed to be trying to get her shift over weren't very friendly and certainly NOT very helpful. The one lady "shooed" me over to the self serve area. I went over to the self serve area and I heard the lady that "shooed" me away say to her colleague " I got rid of the line for you"! I really couldn't believe it. THEN....the store manager (Natalie) happened to pop over. She was super helpful. Very knowledgable. Was kind and was great to work with. Natalie truly saved this situation from a extremely poor customer satisfaction situation to a very positive expierence, through her management skills and care! I get it! Good staff is hard to find, but I think no staff would be better than that person who shooed me (and a couple other people) away and bragged about getting rid of the line! Natalie thank you for the service, and cheers to ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Plenty of free parking on site which is a welcome luxury in Kingston's downtown. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate. I found staff to be pleasant and helpful. This is a great place to stock up with both home office or your business office supplies. There is convenient online ordering and delivery service to assist with obtaining supplies. I choose this location when downtown and the Gardiners Road store when in the west end of Kingston.

Helpful, patient staff. Reasonable copy center prices. Other prices may vary and common items can be found at box stores for less, but definitely a stop for specialized itens and broader selection.

Would have appreciated more assistance from staff. Would have also liked to have tried the Microsoft Surface but they didn't have any pens.
