I've heard good things about the Brick location in Kanata, so decided to give it a try. Needed a lot of new furniture for our Condo. When I got there, had a chance to look around before being approached by a sales rep named Paul. All I can say is, wow, what a great experience. Paul went above and beyond in all areas that I had hoped for. He easily spent 2 hours with me and my wife, exploring options. I cannot count how many times he asked me if I was sure I liked something. Even if an option was a more expensive one, he never tried to push it on me. He didn't seem to care at all about the price, conversely how much he would make on the deal. He was more concerned about whether I was happy with what we chose. We received good prices and speedy delivery. If you're in the Kanata area, and even if you're not, you owe it to yourself to check out this location and ask for Paul. I wish every sales rep. I've dealt with was like him. His professionalism and courtesy defines the store.

Very nice store. Paul McEwen was extremely helpful and took all the time necessary to help us find the furniture we wanted. He knows his stuff. He also had productive suggestions. We recommend that store. Delivery was on time and fast. Ask for Paul!

I had the great pleasure to meet and deal directly with Mark Redwood. Mark R, was amazing, super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. made feel special since the 1st moment. He answered all my questions and was so patient while I am making my choices and always gave me advice, options and great assistance with no pressure at all.. Made it a wonderful visit and experience. I ended up purchasing all of my new house furniture and I'm very happy with the purchases! I visited Mark and the Brick three times until now to add or modify stuff and Mark always welcomed me and gave me the best service ever. I would definitely recommend Mark R and the Kanata Brick store to anyone. I will go back again myself very soon to purchase more stuff!!! Thank you Mark for such a wonderful experience. really happy knowing and dealing with you.

My husband and I went to this location to look for a specific item. Fernando greeted us immediately and asked if we needed help. We just wanted to look around first and he replied that he would be here when we needed him. Decided what we wanted and Fernando was right there to help. He was very professional, didn't hover and provided us with fantastic service. We will definitely go to this location again and will look for Fernando to help us.

They staff there are absolutely AMAZING! So friendly, they help you the best way they can, definitely value their customers a lot. You can very much negotiate prices and get high wuality furniture for a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.
