Awful customer service. Waited 6 months for a technician. Nobody came or called. We called back and now all of a sudden they wanted pictures. I tried to explain that I can't take pictures of staples poking me or loose undercarriage on the recliners. Still was told I needed pictures. A manager was supposed to call me back and never did. Another month went by and I tried for 2 hours to call the store. No answer. It just kept ringing. Called another store where the service manager was very helpful. She said I would have to go to that store but I did find out they were not even logging my calls. I've heard it's an ongoing thing at this location. Had to physically go to the store, and instead of everyone being busy there were 3 people standing around a computer. Still I waited, and when somebody finally came it was like I never called at all. Again they asked for pictures. After explaining another 3 times that I can't take pictures of staples jamming my behind when I'm sitting, she said oh ok we'll send somebody anyway. We'll see but my next call will be to the bbb as I don't work for the brick and paid for the extended warranty for a reason. If I could give zero stars I would have. Service used to be superb here. If they would have come 6 months ago the couches may have been repairable but now they are just about scrap. I won't be buying so much as a pillow case here from now on if we are on the hook for this junk!

Very nice place for furniture. I liked it when my mother and I went there to purchase furniture for my mothers new place. I liked the idea of them having "on spot" deals. My mother loved their furniture and so did I. I disliked one thing about the customer service representative that helped us that day, he was more focused on getting us to take the product rather than letting us know why we should take it. It was more of pushing us to take it rather than convincing us. I didnt like that guy. But aside from all that, its great.

Had a wonderful experience with Garth Gardner today. Though we were too early to look for our appliances he genuinely showed us our options and help us give tips to make a deal. Will come back definitely for him.

We had a great experience at Bricks on Hunt Club Rd. with Daniele C. He was professional and certainly knew his stuff. We where informed of all our options while buying a washer/dryer and in no time we had everything set up: bill, warranty and delivery. Very pleasant experience.
