Quality of item bought at Leon’s is great! The customer service can be deceiving unfortunately. Ordered a piece of furniture and was written on receipt that it would arrived “2-3 weeks... not a promised date”. I understand it can take longer but I waited 10 weeks. During that time I was never updated on my delivery date. I had to call multiple times so I can get an answer to this issue. I never had a direct answer and was told I would get a call back but never did. The last manager I spoke to at the Heron location, a gentleman, was very helpful. Had it not been for him I would of gave up and return the item. Please improve your customer service as it is just as important as the quality of the items you’re selling. I unfortunately will not be returning to Leon’s for other purchases.

Waited for 45 min with no free sales persons. Customer service called in their internal microphone for any free sales person with no response. They just wander around without even attempting to see what u want. Left without buying anything. Poor management! Providing a sale person who probably doesn't cost few bucks an hour, have wasted on them a total purchase of thousands of $$$. Still need 100 more years to call yourself Canada's #1 choice for furniture.

The people serving u r good. But once u buy they took super long time to deliver and when they dilever u discover that they sent you a wrong room. And the other rooms are missing stuff. It is so annoying. I hate it !!!!!

Shittiest funleniture company ever. Bought a living room over a month ago. They promised delivery in a weeks time and still nothing has come in over 30 days. Call to ask questions and their reps are always crazy rude. Have no answers and just always extend the expected time. Complete scam of a company. Do not order from them
