My wife and I were looking for a lamp and absolutely needed it by the time family from out of town arrived. The team here at Structube came up with a solution that worked perfectly for us. It's nice to see a store where workers are willing to help out beyond the standard "no its not in stock" and "we can order it online for you"...

If you are looking for furniture that combines the latest trends with timelessness Structube is the place to visit. Fantastic quality product, exceptionally well priced and no pressure sales staff are the keys to the Structube experience. I went in on a weekday in the evening and the store was busy, not just potential customers browsing but rather 4 customers making purchases. Whether you have a condo, house to furnish you will find something that fits your style and budget.

Hello: First I am concerned that for a BIG company with multiple branches, that puts so much investment in advertising SOPHISTICATED WEBSITE, and delivery of free advertising, it does not invest in quality checks of the products delivered to customers. To me this indicates that structube does not hold itself to the highest standards of customer service and product quality. Secondly, the professional standards exemplified by Ajax store leave much room for improvement in the area of accountability. Creating barriers in agreeing to exchange the compromised headboard (offering repair by manager and store voucher) I had to make an argument to get the product exchanged and then secondly, changing delivery dates on me from Aug 8 to Aug 11 and then to Aug 15. When I expressed concerns the manager did a 180 degrees turn and stated that none of this had happened and that the actual delivery date that i agreed to was Aug 15 . Store refuses to respond through email, confirm anything through written communication as reportedly structube does not respond through email, only through phone contact. Obviously, this gets in the way of accountability through written communication. I had to get regional manager,s contact info through your customer service as store was not comfortable giving it to me. Customer service encourages resolution through the store but can one do when the concern is the store . Feeling fatigued ,dealing with the store and want to return the product but off course will have to pay for the delivery as per their policy. Not good! Customer beware!

Return policy sucks! Purchased $4000 worth of furniture . When i opened boxes after 1 week tall lamp was damaged. When I came to the store they refused to return it saying it that we can only return it with in a week. On the top staff is really rude. 0 stars to poor customer service and return policy.

Just putting my experience out there. As someone who usually studies reviews before going anywhere I didn't when we went into Structube and made a purchase. When I got home and started reading some of these reviews I got insanely nervous. BUT our experience was pretty good! The workers in store were friendly enough and we went on a rather busy day. The only thing we encountered that could have been better was when we found out our road was closed part of the day when we were scheduled for delivery we were told to contact the delivery company directly. And I feel like it's kind of structube's job to deal with that not us? anyways the delivery guys scheduled around our road closure no problem and we got our furniture in perfect condition right on time!
