Stupid idiot on the phone. Lady was so rude to me. I went to another store and they said my address was not in their delivery area so they gave me the number to this location. I called to ask her and she was nothing but rude and acted like a bit**!!

Don’t even deserve one star! This company should be sued and shut down! This company put items under my friends name without consent nor did they call her when someone who wanted to use her name under items! She had no one calling her to make sure if it was okay and if they had permission! I will be closing my account and never doing business with this company again so disgusting!

-, what a joke this company is. Customer service is terrible. They send half starved people that have no experience moving or unpacking furniture, they cause damages leaving marks on the furniture. Called Kathie (I believe that's her name) she yelled at us telling us we made the damages. They pretend to be giving you a deal when in fact the furniture is not brand new, like they're telling you. The furniture is old and off lease and you're only told this when you complain about the quality. When you're shopping they're giving you a "deal" on brand new furniture when they deliver it, it's your problem. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE THEY'RE LIARS.
