As part of the renovation of our office, we also looked at getting new office furniture. After reviewing various options, we chose to work with Courtney Sokay from Holmes and Brakel and she was an exceptional help. We indicated our preferences, gave an idea of our budget and she was able to prepare options and configurations that gave the office a completely revamped and more professional look, without breaking the bank. Dates were honoured and installation was done by experienced and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend Holmes and Brakel.

Holmes and Brakel are an exceptional group to work with. They have managed multiple projects for the company i'm with. I had the privilege to work with Dave Stewart and Paul Seggie and they both provided excellent customer service, strong understanding of the project requirements and successfully executed our projects every time. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to have a Dealer on board to make the procurement process more smooth and to capitalize on their expertise.

Horrible experience with some of the worst customer experience I have ever had. Was lied to by an employee multiple times on the timelines for my furniture and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Our company is smaller, and it seems like they don't care about their customers who are not paying tens of thousands of dollars or more. Delays happen, but that does not justify being lied to by an employee who is only interested in covering their own back. I would not recommend working with this company to anyone.
