Messaged and contacted the store and told them my dryer had broke and was looking For a washer and dryer under 500 in their scratch and dent or clearance section. We had specifically asked if there were options for us. They replied and told yes and to come in. I have two children under the age of two. So you know how important a washer and dryer is . I quickly rushed out to quickly to get go to their store (20 mins away) . of course we were told they don’t have any options for us in that price range I feel they told us yes to get us into the store. A complete waste of our time. And hated the fact that they weren’t honest with us. How untrustworthy and would I never believe them with anything anymore. They didn’t even have the decency to apologize. Would NEVER recommend them. A very disappointed mother

Tried ordering a sectional sofa online from their site. This site fails to find a quote for delivery with an error page displaying cannot be found, then entire site freezes up on you and you can't go back into the site again. Tried contact us page, that comes back with an error, try again. I have no idea who designed this site but did a lousy job with it. I couldn't order online and ended up buying from someone else. They just lost one business.

I highly suggest you dont purchase from this company. I purchased a sectional couch and asked to open it there to check it, they insisted it was correct and said if its not we will pick it up and sort it out. I hired a truck and all to collect it and now they want me to hire a truck & drive 100kms to take it back for a refund. Glad I have a lawyer in the family as I will be taking action. They say the picture on their website is incorrect as manufacturer doesn't make it in the color I ordered it. So they have false advertising and dont care for their customers.
