We went in with the hope of finding a sectional sofa for our "cozy" (not so big), townhouse living room. One of the employees helped us out, and she showed us exactly what we were looking for. She was so pleasant and kind, and we did not feel that added pressure you typically get at other stores. We are so impressed with our experience, we will absolutely be back!! Just to add too, our delivery is only a one week turnaround. That is just incredible in comparison to other stores we visited. Highly recommend this store!

Angela was such a huge help with helping my husband and I find a few new pieces of furniture for our first home. She made us feel like family and we managed to stay in our budget. We are looking forward to receiving our new pieces. We will definitely be coming back because of the customer service and beautiful show room. Thank you!

Be careful do get trapped I ordered a set of day bed for my daughter two months ago .I received a defective bed after 3 weeks .it was bent inside the package before installation .I did call to schedule my order. they were busy and keep postponing my bed. after 2 month ,they came and installed my bed. But it wasn't complete set (missing knob) and also wrong order .my order was bed set with under bed storage. This was without storage. I went to store to informed them. after talking to one of stuff and store manager, they asked me to call head office to resolve the issue. I have been keeping call to head office to get my order unsuccessfully. I am still waiting for get call and fix my issue. After calling and going to store to following up my order,only thing that they did ,they said we are so sorry for inconvenience. I had to keep calling to schedule for pickup Ashley stuffs from my home .it was another headache. It had taken two week to come and pick up their stuffs after 3 month from the date I ordered the bed finally company's truck came to take back their stuff. it damaged my car in my drive way . now I have to deal with another headache. The funniest part is that they have never given you call to resolve the issue .it is my responsible to go store or call guest care for resolution continuously . They damaged my car Friday September 28 .they didn't call me to fix my car for a week.I had to go police station to report and asked police to help me to get ride of Ashley's issue. They didn't call me after one week.I bought similar bed from different manufacturer cheaper and better costumer service. It is really a disaster to deal with Ashley.

This place now SUCKS. last year I furnished half of my home with them and met 2 wonderful wonderful people there : Jay and Anastasia, Anastasia doesn't work there anymore. Wonder why! Their new sales manager Morteza I met yesterday: An absolute displeasure!!!! This Pickering location will not sell anything if this guy stays there and from now on I will never ever go there. Unwelcoming, doesn't know S of Sales, ZERO customer retention and absolutely no regard for people!!! I went in planning to BUY living room and came out disappointed and felt ignored because as we all left this new manager didn't even ask!! He is so arrogant that he kept pointing himself out as the new manager and now the store had changed 360..sure!! But learn how to retain your good customers !!!! I can guarantee if it had been Jay I would have bought!!! And who the F pays $140 for delivery!?? SORRY BUT U LOST A HUGE POTENTIAL CLIENT AS I BOUGHT MY NEWLY MIGRATED PARENTS TO FURNISH THEIR HOME TOO!! Good luck Ashley.

We walked in dreading it because usually you have a sales person right on you. This didn't happen. Suzanne came over and asked if we needed any help but she was casual about it. No pressure at all. It was actually very inviting and pleasant. She helped us and we came back to finalize our sale. She was very helpful and like I said no pressure. I'll definitely come back again to see her when I need some more furniture.
