Kim & Mashid were fantastic to deal with. We have never shopped here and they helped us a lot. They were super personable and friendly and answered every question we had. Thanks for the great service, can’t wait for my bedroom set to come in!

I had purchased a mattress, bed and metal supports from this location during a sale they had about a week ago. I was suggested to purchase these metal supports for extra support on the bed frame, they were $109.97. The bed frame stated on their website that with this bed frame no box spring is required. Fast forward to day of delivery everything came on time and in perfect condition. After the bed frame was put together, i had noticed that there was no physical way to install these metal extra supports. Which at the time wasn't an issue, I thought no problem I'll just have them returned and let them know that they don't work with this style bed frame. Once I had called to let them know they had told me that I cannot return the supports because I took possession of them when everything else was delivered. But how on earth was I suppose to know that these metal supports would not work with the bed frame that I purchased unless I took delivery of both. If I would have known they would not work I wouldn't have purchased them. After contacting head office and explaining to them the situation they have now said that I can return these items at the store for a refund. Plain and simple I will definitely never be shopping here ever again due to their lack of customer service, lack of knowledge of their own products and horrible after sales experience. They will be nice to you up front to get the sale they need and after that they don't care.

We purchased kitchen appliances at the Brick but unfortunately the fridge got damaged during delivery. We called the store and they replaced it with new one and more discount. Jason, Mashid and Debbie were so good on helping us and cannot thank them enough for the help. Will definitely go back at this store!

The purchase of my new bed went smoothly. My issues started during the delivery planning. I arranged to have the old mattresses removed. When I called, I was given a quote of $30 for the removal of the mattress and the box springs. It was a King size bed, the box springs are two pieces but I was told They could fit in one bag. When I attended the Brick to pay for the removal I was told my price had gone up. They wanted me to pay an additional $15 dollars for the extra piece. The customer service department needs to get on the same page. I'm very disappointed with being billed this extra charge. I've been shopping her for the past 20 years, it would be a shame to lose a customer over $15 bucks.

We brought a fridge from here 4 1/2 years ago and it suddenly stopped working. We have a 5 year warranty so we contacted brick to fix it. The people said that they would have someone come look at it but the guy called in sick. We contacted Brick again and they said that it wasn't their problem that the guy was sick.Then they said they would send another our way in about a week then they kept pushing it back to 2 weeks and so on. First of all having a fridge not work in your house for 3 weeks is not easy. Finally they said they would give us a fridge to use until someone comes and fixes the fridge. We were told that they would come in the morning and they did but since the communication is so terrible with the Brick staff the delivery people thought they were picking up a fridge at our house. This is ridiculous not having a working fridge for 3 weeks and for Brick not to give any dam about it. Their customer service is literally the worst thing on this planet and they have no respect for their customers. NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM HERE
