I have been buying stuff from Anshu and those guys for years now. They offer excellent pricing and the quality of the furniture and mattresses that we have bought from them over the years have always lasted. They have always provided an accurate delivery date and never let us down on meeting that promised date. Do yourself a favor and go see the guys at Whitby Furniture you wont be sorry!

I buy all my furniture here. Never will I go to Ashley's or the Brick. Great staff, great selection of furniture at great prices!!

If I can provide this place 0 stars I would. They offer furniture completely overpriced, will not negotiate, offer different pricing for different people on the same products. Don't waste your time there or next door as both store fronts are owned by two brothers. There are much better chances and experiences on the Kennedy and Ellesmere strip. You may have to look at a few shops, but it will save you in cost.

Our experience with Whitby Furniture Outlet and more importantly Sunny was outstanding. We purchased a bedroom set that was delivered within a 2 week window as promised. We realized when we were setting everything up that we had ordered something incorrectly. It was completely our fault! We contacted Sunny and he had us bring it back and get what we wanted, no hassle, no questions. Sunny went above and beyond for us and we will definitely shop here again. Also LOVE our new bedroom set! Thanks so much Sunny!

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. 2 year old couch. Have had nothing but issues. They use cardboard inside the couch to give it shape. The arm sunk in and I've had no help from the store whatsoever. Save your money and spend that little bit extra somewhere for the customer service.
