My boyfriend and I have recently purchased a new home and the Brick Outlet has been such an incredible help. We have been to many stores, including other Brick stores, and they simply cannot beat the Brick outlet's prices, customer service and welcoming environment. All staff members go above and beyond to help you stay in your budget and find exactly what you are looking for. Thank you to Cody today for being so patient, unbelievably helpful and just an all around great sales person. As you already know, we will be back soon!

We had a fantastic experience. The sales associate Cody was super nice and friendly. We told him we were under a time crunch and he worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend working with him, he was great. We will definitely be back!

So happy with our service from Cody. After several poor experiences at other furniture retailers I was pleasantly surprised with the way our experience went at this location. We ended up making a purchase from Cody because of his well informed and not pushy approach to sales. He answered all our questions and helped us feel at ease with our large purchase. Thank you Cody!

Wonderful staff. They allowed us to use a freezer for our fundraiser for the day. We were amazed that this kindness and generosity was extended to our function. Steve was most helpful, from beginning to end. We will definitely be returning for our next furniture purchase.

Service was good a bit too pushy. Items definitely too pricey for outlet store. My item delivered but was not taken to desired spot. Had it sent back as they said it wouldn't fit. Then delivered again. This time damage done to both walls. The delivery man were rude and disrespectful my not speaking English in my home. Sofa left standing in hallway. Two weeks later still there also my damage complaint was never followed up. No response. Not very happy buyer
