Frank R the brick This man is an honest wonderful sales man. He made my mother and I feel like royalty. I had a bad experience at another store. It was a pleasure to be serviced by Frank. He spent 30 minutes answering my questions. Frank made sure I bought the washer that fit my needs. I cannot wait to buy more at Brick .

i just spoke to andrea and sophie at customer service and i am so impressed by the sheer helpfulness, and sweetness! actually the best customer service i have ever gotten.....bravo the brick for hiring such qualified and professional staff.

Such a bad and horrible customer service at Bricks. First of all, the young cashier Andrea was very rude and had a hard time to process our transaction. She did not want to explain us anything and seem to be annoyed to serve us. We paid 5K and after 2 days we called to know when we will get our delivery. That same cashier said that they did not have the supply in stock and will not get it anytime soon. She also told us that we were supposed to read that small description on the bill that had that delivery information. It was her job as a cashier to tell us all these important infos. Our sales man Jim told us that we will get the delivery as soon as we will pay, after 5 days. If we need the supplies before a specific date and they do not have those supplies, they shouldnt have let us pay. Honestly brick is just a disappointment and i will not return here again. I also know that were not the first ones having these trouble. Brick if your reading this..seriously it's time to change you customer service and management.
