Leon's policy: You buy something, you pay for it in full, they call you two months later to inform you the product is no longer available and offer absolutely nothing in return but a refund. Amateur hour honestly - most retailers of this nature will offer some kind of incentive to their customers for the error. Don't waste your time because you may like something, pay for it, and never get it. Warning to all potential buyers of this policy.

Friendly staff that do not annoy you and follow you everywhere. Reasonable prices on most items. Modern furniture and a nice display

Very pushy salesman that was stalking me throughout the whole store and wouldn't leave me alone to just look. Everytime I would sit on a sofa to try it out, he would pop up from nowhere and start trying to sell it to me. I got soo stressed and feed up with him that I just left the store without buying anything.

Furnitures came damaged. Even the furnitures in exchange came damaged 4 weeks in a row. Made me go to Laval to verify the furnitures by myself. Very bad customer service. Left voice mail never called back. One of the worst service ever. Deserves - 5 star.

Good selections and reasonable price sale staffs are not too in your face but they gotta lose Bell guys. Those bell guys are rude most times anyway. And what thw hell are they doing with Bell? If i had sign up with bell to be able to buy chairs and tables, i rather eat on the floor and sit on moving boxes fir the rest of my life
