I never leave poor comments but this store has the worst customer service. I’ve been waiting two months for my sofa to be repaired/exchanged. I always have to call the store 4-5 times because If you call once and leave a message you’d never hear back. No one ever apologizes for anything. I’d rather pay a little more and go else where. I also emailed the customer cares department 7 days ago and no response. Go figure ....

I have had a few bad experiences in my life but my recent experience with Leon's Laval reached a new low. It frankly amazes me how this company remains in business after such incompetence and lack of care from the staff. I made a purchase in July for a living room set that included 4 items, and upon delivery two of the four items were damaged. The delivery men returned the damaged items, and Leon's confirmed that they would send us the missing pieces. On the next delivery appointment the two items were once again damaged, which we didn't accept. Leon's confirmed that on the third time, they would make sure that the furniture would be in good condition, and sure enough, it was not. As a result, we wasted three days waiting for our furniture to arrive. We complained to the store manager and cancelled our order altogether as we were tired of taking work off for nothing. The manager reassured us that the deposits made upon purchase would be fully reimbursed, and the financing plan cancelled. I noticed a week later that I only got reimbursed for a fraction of the total amount of my deposit. What is most frustrating, is the fact that getting a hold of somebody when you call is next to impossible, and nobody returns your call when you leave a message. When you finally get a hold of someone, nobody seems to know what is going on and are not at all helpful in finding a solution to the problem. I have made several phone calls, having to re-explain my situation every time, and no staff members taking action to resolve my issue. This has been an enormous waste of time, and I still did not get fully reimbursed after cancelling the order in August! All in all, dealing with Leon's has been by far my worst customer experience, and I highly discourage anyone to buy from this company. My piece of advice to Leon's is to just quit, it is time to sell the company and move on with your lives. Sincerely, A very disappointed customer

Si je pourrais donner aucune étoile ... il nous ont livré un sectionnel du mauvais côté le premier Juillet 2018, le nouveau était sensé arriver fin Juillet, après fin Août, après début Septembre, fin Septembre et maintenant Mi-Octobre.. Nous pouvons plus aller dans une pièce de notre condo car le sectionnel est du mauvais côté. J'ai du me déplacer à cinq reprises (De Repentigny à Laval) car ils ne réponde jamais au téléphone et n'ont jamais retourner AUCUN APPELLE. Je crois qu'après 3 mois, nous avons été assez patient. Vous osez dire: Léon on fait partie de la famille? Imaginez-vous donc qu'après 3 mois d'attente, nous avons pas le choix de faire un remboursement, ils doivent venir le chercher et nous devons magasiner un nouveau sectionnel (ça ne sera pas chez Léon je peux vous le garantir) Une poursuite au civil sera aussi envisagé pour tout le temps perdu, le gaz, etc) Oubliez pas que selon l'office de la protection du consommateur, le commerçant a 1 mois pour respecter ces obligations. SVP pensez-y 2 fois avant de faire affaire chez Léon

Bought three peice living room set in june 2018 I was told it is in backorder and delivery would be in august were in the middle of September and no sofas finally after 20 phonecalls I got through and they tell me their is a problem I would get it in November no eay I called them back and told them I eant a refund they told me no refunds. Called them again and threatened them I will get my lawyer involved and will put this on the journal de montreal and their story changed they said if I dont get it in 2 weeks we will get refunded almost forgot also purchased a tv unit around the same time they said you will receive it in 2 to 4 weeks now they say you will receive it on January 19 2019 after shopping there for 25 years never again I even asked them for a refund they couldn't even help me there screw them

Seller follows you like vulture and at the end find a way to make a mistake in the invoice (missing items that I have asked). (EDIT): Also received faulty item 3 weeks later... (holes at wrong places). I try to contact them to have actual support 3 times and they put me on voicemail every single time. Worst freaking company ever.6
