Tony from the appliance area sold us a few major appliances, and we couldnt be happier. He's not pushy at all, but also very efficient and didn't take long to complete the sales. He was also very friendly and patient with our little daughter. He got us the best deal and explained everything very well. Highly recommend Tony as a sales person!

We recently made a purchase from The Brick on Legacy Park Drive. I can't say enough about our sales person, Laura Kaake. She was very informed on the product we were interested in buying, answered all our questions, gave suggestions and much more. She spent as much time as with us as we needed to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. She all the necessary paperwork. Told us all our options for payment and set up delivery. She made the whole process very easy. Very friendly accommodating sales rep. We would definitely ask for her again for any future purchases. Anita

Excellent Experience! Went in at Thanksgiving time and was in need of a good mattress and didn't have much time or energy to shop. Susan made the whole experience easy and painless. Susan followed up with the purchased and ensured it was delivered in time. Thanks for your help Susan!

Our Sales Rep was Laura Kaake. She did an excellent job selling my wife and I a new mattress for our guest room. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After we'd been to four different stores, we left the Brick confident we'd gotten both an excellent mattress and a good deal.

Purchased several items from the store this year, Last item was a fridge that was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. They gave us delivery time frame and nothing. We called they said they are running behind be there within two hours again no show .Call again we will be there within an hour again no show. Called and cancelled delivery that day as we had things to do, and just as we are leaving drivers show up after waiting over 6 hours. Told them that we did not have time now as we had to go. The driver apologized and said how does Tuesday sound? we said good he will tell them to book us first thing. Tuesday again no show. Call the store and they said they didn't even have re booked for delivery yet, soonest was Thursday. Needless to say I was done said I want my money back, went in got my money back we went to another store bought the same fridge for the same price delivered the next day. So after all of this I realized that I never asked for a manager and that it would be a good idea just to let them know about my experience, so hopefully they can learn for the future customers. I called Thursday November 29th to speak to a manager, I was told the operations manager was here but busy with a customer and asked what my concern was and they would call me back. I told the receptionist a quick break down of the issues and that it's up to them if they want to call me back just wanted to inform them of our situation. Not surprised that I never received that call. I thought that they would want to know where they fell short and why they lost s sale but obviously they didn't care.
