We love our Ashley furniture.. Really impressed with the store..amazing displays and pricing - the staff.. friendly... very helpful and knew their product The delivery was painless.. Paul and his young helper were friendly, courteous and very respectful of your property when entering and leaving... Have and would highly recommend Ashley Furniture, they are very professional and caring people... Its about time, Welcome to Windsor....

Excellent Service. Jordan helped me out today, she went over and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted. Met the manager as well, they gave me an amazing deal. Furniture is great quality. Will definitely be ordering more in the near future.

Outstanding experience at the VIP event in the opening days of the new store in Windsor. It's refreshing to have another furniture option in the area that has affordable prices and a wide selection. The store is set up by decorating style which made shopping to match my current home decor easy. It also provided great ideas for future decorating. Sales associate Jason Kerluck was extremely helpful and went beyond expectations in finding exactly what I was looking for and more. I will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service. They worked with us to figure out what mattress would best suit our sleeping style. Even had a diagnostic bed to determine what we needed (firm or plush). Prices are very reasonable as well.

We fell in love with a sectional in the store and decided to purchase it. The staff who assisted us were incredibly nice. We wanted the configuration that was presented at the store. When the sectional arrived however, we realized it was the opposite layout and that the manager had ordered the wrong pieces. Staff were diligent in processing the exchange, but we were deferred when we asked for compensation. The manager on site was not willing to discuss the inconvenience caused. The delivery for the exchange was cancelled unexpectedly on the scheduled day. Managers hid behind their staff and would not offer a fair reimbursement for what is now two days of pay lost due to the incompetence of this furniture store. I am livid about not only the fact that managers do not possess rudimentary knowledge of furniture, but that they lack ownership over the misgivings of the corporation and instead force their staff to communicate with dissatisfied customers without providing them a reasonable resolution to offer.
