Had a wonderful experience here! Ordered my furniture around mid october. Camille was very friendly and honest about the whole process including the financing. They just delivered my furniture today and I couldn’t be happy! Will and Dominic were very professional and friendly and put everything together quickly. I will definitely be going back to albert’s when I need to again and I highly recommend them! Thank you guys!

I was really pleased with the service. They delivered the furniture without any damage done. Great customer service. They went above & beyond. Wish more establishment were like this. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Furniture looks good but falls apart almost as soon as it’s put to use. The most cheaply made furniture ever… plus the customer service is terrible and if you do a payment plan they will try to overcharge you however they can. I’ve had my bed for not even a year and the wood snapped in half multiple times.

Only gave them 1 star because 0 wasn't an option purchased a 3000$ king bed set received a damaged dresser and the bed had collapsed on me twice now when I tried asking for a refund the store manager/owner was litterly cussing at me at the top of his lungs using profanity also telling me that I’m as old as his grand son. Calling me a liar. Tried blaming me for the damage/cheap products when I tried asking for a return they told me they would only be able to give me 25% of what I paid. Here I am with a broken dresser and bed -3000$
