If I could give NO stars I would!! The first time I missed my delivery and I will admit that then I reschedule the delivery and I get the time frame from 3-7p. I call at 6:30p just to get a estimated time and the very rude lady picks up the phone and tells me I’m still scheduled just to call me back 5mins later to ask me my name and to say I was taken off the delivery list to come up there to show my lease arrangement. For one if I had an issue why attempt to deliver the first time then call me back to say it’s a issue!! Not cool what so ever!!!

The customer service is not good at all on the store level. They only care when they're collecting your money. However their district management is very responsive to the needs of the customer. Too bad that it doesn't trickle down to this local store on Michigan in Dearborn.
