ZERO stars, actually. IKEA used to be my go-to, but after today I will NEVER shop at IKEA again - especially not online. We rented a van to move my daughter to Kingston and pick up her IKEA furniture, only to find that the order had been "glitched" (to quote) I then was offered a pick up date of Sept. 6th (which is unacceptable, given the fact that she will be on her own) and when I tried to cancel the order, was put on hold - not once - not twice - but THREE times waiting for a manager to respond. The Kingston Collection point is a poor hole in the wall where frazzled depot workers struggle to manage - they are as frustrated with IKEA as we are!

This was VERY difficult to locate, and without signage of any kind. It’s an industrial warehouse with a rear loading dock entrance only. The what3words location is ///lateral.envy.umbrella
