Went in today to look for a new mattress. Upon entering we were met by sales consultant Amanda. She was very polite and quite informative. She explained the differences between certain mattresses and price points and what would be suitable for my needs. I would definitely recommend The Brick. And I definitely would say go find Amanda and she will definitely help you.

We went to The Brick Barrie on the weekend and James was great! He made sure to find out what it was we were looking for without being one of those pushy sales associates. He was helpful, listened to what we had to say and made sure we got the best deal we could. Cannot wait for the new mattress to be delivered. Thank you James!!

We went into the Barrie location today and were met by Harry P. He greeted us with a warm smile and offered his assistance. We told him we came to look at a particular product and we would come see him if we needed help. We decided to make a purchase and he was close by, not hovering, but available when we needed him. He thoroughly explained and offered us an extended warranty and told us the details for our pick up. His customer service was top notch. We never felt pressured or rushed and when we return in the future, we will definitely be seeking him out.

We just had an excellent experience at The Brick in Barrie! As soon as we walked in, Nicole was right there to greet my husband and I, and was beyond helpful. We had been shopping around for some time, and found our perfect furniture match with her! Definitely ask for Nicole, she made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable for us!

I rarely get a chance to shop at the Brick but since we really needed a mattress we checked it out. It has been a month since we purchased our mattress and we are delighted with it. We sleep great. Thank you to Jay who introduced himself and gave us the freedom to look around without feeling followed. When we finally decided on a mattress we flagged him over and he was quick and easy to talk to that it made the purchase enjoyable. Thanks Jay!
