Great experience. Came in looking for a box spring, staff was helpful, straight to the point and very friendly. I was in the store for less than 10 minutes, looked at two different styles of box spring, then checked out. Staff did not try to push the higher price product at all. All very painless. As a younger person (student), I often don’t get the kind of service that other, more wealthy looking individuals do. That is absolutely not the case here. Never will I ever purchase any furniture from any other store ever again. You have gained a customer for life. Well done. 10/10 would recommend. Prices were good too.

Do NOT purchase anything from here. They are rude, condescending and MISLEADING! They WILL rip you off. If you decide for some reason that you are brave enough to buy from here. Be careful. They will force warranties on you that do nothing for you. They will say oh we can throw this in and this in the price for you making you think you got a deal but watch as to why it takes so long to cash you out because if you look carefully at your receipt not only did you pay for the items they said they were going to "throw in" but you will end up paying for it several times. Then when you notice and say something to them they deny it and will not only get irrate but will over power you and hang up. Last but not least get very detailed info about their return and refund policy. Everywhere else in this city (Barrie) will return/refund and/or exchange your item ie: brand new mattress and box spring still in the packaging the very next day but they won't regardless of them saying they would if you didn't like it once you got it home. Oh and the icing on the cake if youre disabled they WILL mock you making you feel like trash. For example I am disabled and when my husband called and wanted to return an item because they gave us false information on it the manager said to him "why because your wife's APPARENTLY disabled?" And that's just the beginning. Worst thing about it all is that I've refurbished my home several times from there when I was a "healthy" and single mom and had no issues. I go in there now disabled and they treat me like I'm trash. I was looking at mattresses and the man that was helping us walked away because I was looking for something in specific that wouldn't exacerbate my pain and cause my condition to worsen. We were then told he would be back but instead he just stood at the front of the store doing nothing while we sat there for 45 mins waiting. The next guy the "manager then came over shooting us a while bunch of lies and MISLEADING info being super nice only to get our money and us out the door. So my best advise is to go to leons on ikea or anywhere else for that matter. Even jysk has some great furniture and prices.
