In Barrie it's a nice place to go to. I meet a lot of Staff who inquire about helping me. It's been a long while that I keep visiting in that I had so many choices to make up my mind and I appreciate the staff's help each time I go. I do think though, Structube, need to update what is actually in each store. I had a query for example to find if another store may have an so when I called the store in Barrie they said there is one in the Heartland store in Mississauga and I said should I call them to find out when they're open and if they have it and she said no they do have one there and if you'd like there's only one so perhaps you'd like to go there and check it out . So I did I headed to Mississauga from the Barrie Area only to learn that there was no item ever there it could not be accepted and my time was wasted for the drive but not in many ways because I could still look around and get other items and ideas there but just perhaps some kind of change is needed for knowing what is in each store as best as possible and having the staff call the store to find out or I could always call too. I'm getting some furniture this weekend and I'm hoping that all goes well and will also review on that experience thank you so much Structube Barrie.

I am very happy with the service from this location. Zac and Nicole were very patient with me after several attempts to find the right chairs for my kitchen table! Prices are very competitive and the quality is amazing. I will continue to shop here.

They have AMAZING sales a couple times a year. Prices are high for the quality of some items and other items are priced very fairly. There are various sections that look like different rooms and they generally vary quite drastically when it comes to the decor of each section. Good place to get inspiration. You might find exactly what you're looking for.

Great styling and place to shop. Zach & Nicole great ambassadors for Structube. Very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their products.

Buyer beware! We needed a sectional to fit a certain area, while shopping in the Structube store in Barrie we finally found one. Thought we’d give it a try. I was hoping for slightly better quality than IKEA. Delivery was irritating. I got the call that they were within an hour away. I had to leave work, I waited an hour. I called the delivery driver (he had called earlier for directions) he finally arrived 2 hours later. I was greatly disappointed upon opening the packing and seeing the color of the couch was blue - not grey like in the showroom. Within a week the cushion in the corner was deformed, and there was a very noticeable squeak. I was leaving for a trip, so by the time I got back and called for a refund we were past the 7 day return date. So calling Structube “customer service”, on hold for 20 mins I was finally told if I submitted photos they would submit the claim to warranty. They told me I would have an answer within 48-72 hours. 3 weeks of calling every few days (they never once reached out to me), every time on hold for 20 mins. I kept being told I’d hear within 48-72 hours (it must be the only thing customer service is allowed to say) finally I was told I’d been offered a refund but I’d refused. I’d NEVER been contacted! So they finally offered me a small partial refund (basically wanting me to go away) at this point I was frustrated, and didn’t have more time to spend on hold getting nowhere so I accepted. Final thoughts - crappy furniture and useless customer service that can’t help you at all (although they were always friendly). I would save your money and buy IKEA. At least you get what you pay for.
