Edit: Couch took a total of 3-4 months for a repair... and one month prior waiting for them to set a repair date. We are so disappointed. Our couch was delivered broken. The feet of the couch came cracked and look rotten. Don’t waste your time or money here. They don’t have customer service. They make you contact a robot basically to submit a claim. My couch was definitely dropped. I have a couch in my basement in pieces that we can not use. They will not compensate you for their mistake. They do not care. We waited a month to be delivered. Waited two weeks just to have someone give me a date for the repair of the main load bearing piece that was cracked on the couch. It won’t be fixed for another few weeks. I had to call them and bother them to get someone to reach out to me for just a repair date. Don’t waste your time or money. Poor service and awful furniture quality. Will never go back again and I’ll make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.

Ashley would definitely be one of my favorite furniture stores. They have great variety, always well arranged and excellent quality. My most recent purchases were made at the Barrie location with the assistance of sales rep Robert Dennis. He was just amazing, so helpful and attentive yet not overbearing. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. A positive experience and also very satisfied with my selected pieces of furniture. Brenda

After 2 months waiting for delivery The table and stools were “forgotten “ to be delivered to Barrie twice ! 2 months of promised calls it was delivered but I had to call to confirm it was on site as no confirmation ever came to me,. In my home it was discovered damage to 1 item a call to customer service resulted in nobody call back as promised in 2/3 business days.. One week later I had to initiate a resolution a 25% restocking fee for damaged items is disgusting but in the fine print of the contract I didn’t have faith in a repair or replacement so the customer eats the charge Ashley thinks they win but I will never give this company another dime Be aware hope I get my 75% back The Barrie Manager and Staff were great so far this reflects on the Mississauga Warehouse/customer service experience bit of a Clown show in my opinion

I had a fantastic experience! I walked into the store looking for an l shaped couch. I had been in 4 other furniture stores that day ready to buy and no one bothered greeting me. I was created with in 2 minutes of entering the store by Matt. I neeeeeeeded a couch I explained my budget that I have kids and wanted something nice but kid proof. Matt spoke my language entirely and set me up with the best couch! He was kind, knowledgeable and very personable which really made the over all experience. The rest of the staff there were absolutely fantastic as well! I couldn’t be happier and you’ll be seeing me soon enough for a dining room set as well!

I was allowed to wander alone for a while then was approached and offered assistance. I appreciate that when shopping, not being jumped on right through the door. Carlos was understanding of my needs and helped guide my search, offering suitable options. Wonderful delivery experience with two nice young men bringing in and setting up my chairs. Great all around service.
