Chris and Mark installed a fireplace, hearth and furnace for us at our cottage in Holland center. They were professional and excellent at their job. Paul Wilson was great to deal with and understanding of what how we wanted to heat our place. Highly recommend this business.

UPDATE: the awning was delivered and installed on the day that was agreed upon in September. The owner Paul, offered a free fireplace cleaning for the inconvenience experienced. thank you for hearing my complaint and finding a way to rectify the customer service. terrible customer service. i ordered a retractable patio awning mid july and was assured that it would be delivered in mid august. I have called numerous times to find out where the awning is, they say they will call back, and no one ever does call back to tell you the status of your order. they were however, quick to take the deposit on the awning ($1000). no word on where the awning is, or if it will be installed. I am now leaving town, and will not be able to check to see when they will install, or if it is installed incorrectly, or if there are any other problems until i return in 1 month. this causes me to worry whether or not i would be able to get any service if there is a problem with either my awning, or my gas fireplace that i also purchased from them. wish i had researched other businesses before i bought from the fyreplace, or that they had at least told me the correct information that my awning would probably not be delivered until fall. i would have waited until next spring.

We needed information for a questionnaire our new insurance company asked us to complete about a woodstove and chimney Fyre Place sold us and installed three years ago. As soon as I explained this to the Fyre Place staff earlier this week I was told they were unwilling to help and that I needed to book and pay for an inspection before the info could be provided. All I needed was the make and model of Woodstove installed and cert # of the installer that did the work Very unimpressed. Fyre Place didn't give me the inspection report at the time of installation as they said they could only give it to the insurance company directly and couldn't do that now as 'we might have changed something since the installation'. We haven't but that is beside the point. I paid for the original installation and inspection. The insurance company isn't asking for a new inspection, only these details from the original inspection. This cannot be anything other than a scam. If the insurance company asks for a new inspection because Fyre Place refuses to help I'll bring somebody in from out of town. My advice, DO NOT buy anything from Fyre Place that needs a WETT inspection! I'm certainly not going back there.

This company is the absolute worst, not only did we have issued with them when we first installed our wood burning fire place and had to put in a complaint with the better business bureau, we now requested their wett number for insurance purposes but they won't give it without a new inspection ($$$), this is their policy not standard. We paid for the installation and should be provided with the information that we already paid for. Crooks crooks crooks

We bought a Pacific Energy woodstove in December. The sales person gave excellent advice. The installers went above and beyond to complete the install at a remote location in the middle of winter. They were very professional and had great attitudes.
