This location is by far the best brick location I have ever been to. The customer service is absolutely impeccable and extraordinary in comparison to any other store I have ever shopped at. Additionally the prices are definitely reasonable and the sales personnel are very well informed on all of the products and are a great help in selecting furniture pieces perfect for your every need. My experience at the brick in collingwood could not have been any better and I definitely strongly recommend.

Excellent customer service. My mother and i were very happy with the bedroom set. The sale price was better than any other place. The delivery service was professional and on time! Mr. Armindo Lopes, the owner and Nancy, our sales rep, both took great care of us and addressed all of our concerns and questions with fair solutions. Easy parking also. We will go back and we recommend this place a wonderful place to pick up new furniture and any household items :)

I've bought many furniture items from this Brick store located in Collingwood. Always have great customer service. Our products are always delivered on time. Great people to deal with. We love Tara that works there!! She's fantastic. Armindo the owner is a great guy too! They always take care of us there. Look no further for a great furniture store to shop at.

I don’t usually write reviews but I strongly felt the need to! First off, I visited quickly to take a look at a beautiful kitchen table that I had my eye on. I had my dog with me which was why my intention was to quickly take a look, but I was extremely pleased when I was informed that this location is animal friendly! The owner, Armindo, and his family are animal lovers and welcomed me and my puppy in the store with open arms! I was then assisted 10/10 by the extremely friendly employees and left the store with my dream kitchen table and a set of beautiful pillows for my bedroom (which I didn’t know I needed). I would definitely recommend this location, very helpful and genuine staff. Will not shop anywhere else!!!!

We went to sort out an issue from a different store and were amazed at how amazing they were. Rosa took care of us and was nothing but a solutions person, everything was possible and she was amazing. Armino ended up helping out as well after the Weston store said changing delivery location was not possible. These two made the entire experience an amazing treat and I would literally drive two hours from my home to shop at this location. They were both amazing!!!!!
