I went to the Brick looking for an electric recliner for my father with mobility issues. Francis was a great help and had extensive product knowledge while assisting us. We were sold with his ease of service as well as the recliner was perfect for our needs. Arranging delivery was a breeze as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

It all started in 2013 when we needed a washer and dryer for our new house and began working with Laurie Burns/Webb. 6 years later and we also have purchased a bed, 3 bar stools, a sectional, and a couch and matching love seat from Laurie! She truly embodies the customer service spirit! All I have to do is call her up, tell her what I need and she takes care of the rest! Once you start working with Laurie, you'll ask for her again and again! You are not just a customer, Laurie makes sure you know your business and time is appreciated and valued!

Totally impressed with the whole experience of purchasing new kitchen appliances at The Brick. Great prices, no pressure, knowledgeable and informative staff. I had previously talked to Francis, the store manager, on the phone before going as I wanted to know if certain models were on display at the location. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The next day when we went to the store, I asked to see him and he personally introduced us to Gurvir (also known as G) and he greatly assisted us with making our decisions. This was the first time my husband and I visited this particular location but it won't be our last. Now I just have to wait for delivery. Super excited!!!

What a phenomenal experience! My wife and I came to Orangeville store for few things. Cinthe helped us out in picking what we needed. She was patient, professional and knowledgeable. She guided us throughout the purchase and was able to take us step by step with pros and cons of each product. In fact, I must commend the Store Manager Francis for running such a tight ship. He is always on the floor, around his customers and supporting co-workers. He is definitely a leader worth having in the business. Thank you so much for everything.

Just moved into our new home a month ago and finally made it out to make it a little more ours. We were in need of a new couch and fridge and were greeted promptly by Cinthe. She was amazing took us on a tour of the store to open our eyes to different possibilities. Was able to make recommendations for us and made one more decision easy for us. Amazing job and keep it up we will be back.
