To dot kitchener Eric and staff, Cheers to a job well done!. I want to thank you and give you my sincere appreciation for your quick response to my request regarding the pier bar set. Getting back to me in a timely helpful manner. Taking the time to resolve my enquiry with your head office speaks volumes to the type of employees that work at the Kitchener location. I will not only shop at this location in the future I will also be mentioning to friends, family and anyone else that may ask. Highly recommended, Great customer service, friendly people that love to make their customers happy! Thank you, Tabatha Beauvais © Bell Canada, 2018. All rights reserved.

Simple store but great patio and outdoor furniture. The staff was very helpful.

Bought a nice looking umbrella that's tilting mechanism snapped in the windstorm. Because it is 1 1/2 years old it is not under warranty and they won't fix. Fair enough. As an alternative they will service it....for a minimum 90 dollar charge. Useless. Time to hit up an American big box for the same product new out of the box and for less money (than repairing it).
