Andie was amazing! I walked into the store and said I needed help. I was looking for mid-century modern and Andie knew exactly what would interest me. I told Andie I was moving into a condo, she asked for the floor plan and right away started to plan my furniture layout. In no time we had furniture ordered and it was delivered the day after I moved in. Smuggler’s delivery team was exceptional as well, very professional and personable.

There was never a question about where I was going to buy my sectional. The question I had was "Which one?" Every time I walked into that store the ladies at the desk were always so helpful with narrowing down my selections. Kristen was amazing to work from beginning to end - so friendly and and helpful with those patterns. Also, Kudos to Gary who had to hold onto my couch for me for 2+ extra months in the warehouse as we were still going through renovations and not yet ready to accept our new couch. Gary stored that couch for me no questions asked and I was not charged any service fees. They were all patient and very kind. Exceptional service!

Without a doubt, unparalleled customer service! We’ve made many purchases over the years and have always been so completely thrilled with everything: great selection, great prices, great staff, and great quality. Recently there was a glitch with a purchased piece of furniture, but Snugglers came to the rescue. They went FAR above and beyond in rectifying the situation immediately. Always our first stop when purchasing new furniture.

The sales lady lost all interest in helping us when she realized we weren't looking for an enormous, expensive, custom dining table. I told her we were looking for a smaller dining table for our apartment and she immediately assumed I was a student, which I'm not. Unless you're looking for a custom 50” wide table with a leaflet alongside bad customer service, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Good selection of quality furniture at what we found to be reasonable prices. Our custom order was ready a little sooner than we expected and we received a prompt call for pickup. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to their sketchy pickup area - down a grungy beat up alley - not so easy to drive in and out of - and I had to manhandle my new chairs out through a small mandoor... Sure glad the weather was fine or my stuff would have been damaged.
