Beautiful showroom with high quality furniture. Knowledgeable staff, and many options to customize furniture to meet your preferences. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Thank you Hart Hayden and his manager Leanne for helping with my purchase , I needed a loving room set with same day pick up , and they made it happen even though it wasn't on stock , I appreciate all of your help . As a professional salesperson myself I highly recommend visiting the la-Z-boy store in kitchener and David asking for Hart.

Jeannie was amazingly helpful, informed me of all and every detail pertaining to my purchase. She is very courteous, emailed me numerous updates on any questions I had, gave me numerous scenarios so it made my decision much easier and made sure she is still there if I have any concerns or questions. Thank you Jeannie

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who work within your budget. Great selection of rocking chairs at every price point. Plus, my sales rep, Romana stopped me from making a huge mistake on my colour selection. There was no pressure either. She was fantastic.

Thanks for the great service. When I arrived the sales man (Hart) introduces himself and gave me time to walk the floor on my own. I found a few recliners that I was interested in and he helped me choose the right one for me. He demoed the operations, showed me the construction, and made the purchase process enjoyable. Thanks for the great service, and I look forward to receiving my recliner. When I need to replace the rest of my living room furniture, I will return to the store with confidence that I will once again receive great service. Thanks La-Z-Boy Kitchener!
