We have been customers for more than 10 years. Things aren't always perfect when received but how they handle concerns and their customer service is. While no establishment has perfect staff members, this Brick most certainly has some shining stars that are the best you can get. Both delivery crews are really good and will go out of their way to help you. Derek in Commercial is always amazing to deal with as is Wanda in customer service. It is because of these two individuals on their own that I refer friends and family and have kept me a loyal customer for over a decade.

Thanks to Vinny at the Kitchener store on King street my husband and I were finally able to find a mattress set for us and our teenage son! Vinny was very knowledgeable, knew his product, was able to answer all our questions and gave us professional advice. Vinny took time to show us a variety of mattresses to ensure the quality and comfort was achieved that we were looking for. My husband and I found Vinny to be polite and professional, there was no pressure, and we appreciated his first class customer service. We are looking forward to sleeping in comfort!

Perfect experience! The service was amazing .Jag was nice, ready with answers ,welcomed all questions and knowledgeable! We went to the store to buy everything that is required for a new house, and he was able to explain the differences and advantages between everything that we wanted based on our lifestyle. He even called and let us know that the ones were looking to buy were going on sale for some crazy deals, what more you want from sales person . He was patient and gave a lot of time to think to make our decision! I would recommend the store and Jag for sure .

Jag he is the person whom I am buying the stuff from the last almost 9 years. He has got tremendous patience to work for the customer satisfaction. If you go to him, you might need to wait for your turn and I am always happy to wait for his assistance. God Bless Jag for his hard work and dedication:)

Had an absolutely amazing experience shopping for furniture at The Brick on King St. E. Our Senior Sales Consultant, Jag was terrific and knowledgeable. He gave us as much information about the products he thought best fit our needs. Jag not once made us feel pressured to purchase any of the items. We will definitely be returning and having Jag assist us in the future.
