I have always been able to pay $50 to secure sale price at other Leone's stores. I went to this location to secure the sale price and i was told they are a franchise and they don't do that. I tried explaining why i needed to just secure the sale price and come back to order the day after the sale ends when our new home closes. Nobody was willing to help, they were quite dismissive, in the end i paid the $500 deposit for items that take weeks to be delivered. Yet they could just not accept $50 to hold the price for 5 days only. Very unreasonable. I called Barrie Leone's to ask if i could pay a deposit to hold the sale and they said i could.. only $50. In all the times i have been to the store, noone has ever been really helpful anyway.

What a great experience! Thank you to Julie at Leons Furniture in Huntsville for your professional & knowledgable help. Both during sales & after sales service have been exemplary. We ordered a sofa bed & 4 custom chairs. All pieces arrived simultaneously & were delivered to our remote, water access, off-grid cottage within the promised time frame. We are thrilled with the quality of the furniture & are very satisfied customers. We would highly recommend shopping at Leons in Huntsville.

Poor customer service at this location. Hours of service during the week are lacking, so we tried to make accommodations to purchase our entire kitchen worth of appliances, but the sales lady couldn’t be bothered to stay open half an hour late. Needless to say we’ve purchased through another company, and we’re very happy with the service, product and price. Poor customer service = lost sales. Business 101

Great store with a variety of items for all your living space. If your looking for furniture for your house or cottage they have designs for everything. Staff were not annoying like at most stores of this nature. They greeted us with a smile and left us alone.
