We recently purchased a dining table and TV stand from the store. They are great to work with, upfront about wait times for items not in stock, and extremely courteous. They are the only furniture store that my partner and I went to that didn't assume we were friends, which was refreshing as a lesbian couple. We dealt with Robyn and he was a blast to work with to find our table set. Update: my furniture has arrived and it's just as beautiful as it was in store and the delivery people were great.

Bad service bought a brand new upright freezer with an extended warranty n paid cash for it, had problems right from the get go, first freezer that came in wasn’t working right, called store n they told me ,we’ll send a tech out to you, this freezer wasn’t even a day old, argued about there return policy on there contract that you have up to 48 hours to return a broken item n have it replaced with no questions but had a hard time doing that, second freezer came in, smelled Freon coming from this freezer ,called and complained again, took a week for them to pick up that freezer, they didn’t care for a safety issue with the leak n my animals weren’t feeling good.Had to bring them into the vet for an examination. Wasn’t happy with that, the third freezer came in n that one was broken, got so upset with them about 3 freezers that they delivered to me that wasn’t even working right, and had such a hard time getting back my money that I paid to them. When I did get paid back full amount, have never walked in there again, really bad service, very pushy customer service n very pushy managers n very pushy salesman on the floor.
