This store is great to deal with after the new take over. they are very accommodating in the needs of their customers. I was a customer back with the old management, and refused to ever go back until the new manager contacted me and after having a little conversation with concerns and everything. Here I am back and happier than ever!

Love the new management there and staff, I turned away because of the lady that was in there before. Actually the new guy running the store and an employee actually visited me at my home and introduced the new staff. I am on disability so it's hard for me to get out. I appreciate knowing we have a better idea of whose there. I have a great running PC for my gaming!! Keep up new the new attitude

Got a used couch and love seat that was not in the best of shape, after a year, ordered a new and more expensive set. Was told it would be TWO MONTHS and still had not heard after THREE MONTHS. Called customer services and the owner of the store called. Offered to give me $900 off another set, and that it would take only two or three weeks, AND he paid for that month of the furniture I told them to come and get. WELL! One month later, no new set, no phone calls to indicate why, out $900, they can come get the set I have, I am NOT paying it anymore, and the owner with his phone calls and great deals can shove it up his greasy butt. HORRIBLE COMPANY. HORRIBLE POLICIES. HORRIBLE LIARS.
