I think I had one of the Best Customer Sercice experiences ever!! Yesterday I called the store to see if they were able to fix my IPad. I spoke to Angela who assured me they could, but to call Apple Care to see if I was covered and gave me the number and how to get thru the automated voice thing they have. That was very helpful. My husband I drove to Bracebridge from Haliburton. Anglela was there and remembered my call. She called the Tech person Ron over and they immediately helped me.!! I was able to get a new IPad and have all the information transferred onto it in in a very short time. They were extremely helpful! It is not often you meet people them!!! Just plain amazing!!!! I would go back to that store in a heartbeat if I was closer!! They were.... Simply The Best!!! 👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟💥💥💥

Worst experience of my life with management at this store. I was denied the opportunity to speak up for myself and treated in the most disgustingly unsympathetic way in a dispute.  Have now logged a complaint against the management of this store with the Ontario Human Rights Commission and have reached out to personnel at the Employment Standards government office. There are two levels of management at this store. It is my opinion that neither of those two people in these positions have ever had any formal management training nor have likely ever attended a management seminar.  They are accustomed to dealing with young 20 years old employees. Although this is only my opinion.  Defamed me and destroyed my level of confidence. At least for the short term. Don't anyone ever let them do this to you as well.  I will say that head office HR department did listen to my complaint, seemed genuinely concerned and professional .  I do wish to thank Staples Head Office for that. Learn how to manage personnel.  Learn how to be a competent and respected manager.  Learn how to mentor and train.  I made reference to 20 year olds, but let me say, 20 or 50 it is not at all okay to treat any human being let alone an employee in the truly closed minded and unfeeling way you treated me. They way you treated me is completely unforgivable.

I went shopping for a few items and the main manager here (Brittnie I believe), went out of her way to walk me around the store to find what was on my list. It’s unusual for a manager to be so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped figure out what I needed based on my list and provide some great suggestions and alternatives. I’ll definitively continue shopping here.
