We were looking for a new bed for our home including a mattress and found a really good deal here at The Brick. Our salesperson Shiva was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We had a very positive experience and would like for the residents of the Waterloo region to think about this location for your next purchase. The customer service here is exception and many bargains are to be found for quality home branded furniture.

My wife and I stopped in on a whim to look at mattresses and pillows. We were met by salesman Kevin Magri. He is very approachable, gives you your space and knows a thing or two about sleep comfort. We are very satisfied with Kevin's customer service and level of expertise. You can "sleep safe and sound" knowing that your level of comfort is in Kevin's hands!!!! Thanks again Kevin for ensuring we have a good nights sleep and more to the point thank you for actually caring about your customer in such an automated world, great sales reps like you could never be replaced by anything!!!! Sleep On!!!!

Shiva was amazing with my boyfriend Jeremy and I. Super helpful!! Absolute top quality when it comes to customer service, very knowledgeable and not pushy even in the slightest bit, just informative! 5++++ stars for him and his manager whose name I cannot remember but she was super nice too!!

Went into the Brick with a very broad idea of what mattress I wanted and walked out with an ideal mattress that suits me and my sleep style. Shiva was the representative that helped me out and was amazing. He knew a lot about the mattresses and gave me very good options. I give him 5 stars because of the quality, professionalism and knowledge that Shiva has. If I go back (which I probably will) I will be asking for Shiva. Amazing personality, and very easy to talk to. A+

We purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer last month from the Brick, at the Kitchener Boardwalk location. The items were delivered only a few days later to our new home in Cambridge and the service provided from the delivery team was outstanding – specifically Mike S. and the other young man assisting (unfortunately, I did not get his name). I wanted to recognize these individuals as they went above and beyond; were personable, knowledgeable and accommodating when we weren’t appropriately prepared to have them in. Based on this experience with this delivery team alone, we will definitely be back to The Brick for any additional furniture/appliance needs!
