Basic, over priced, staff always chatting 2-3 in a group, but can never find them when you need help. Returning policy on sale (not clearance) items very dodgy

My family has been coming to the Oshawa location since the grand opening. We love it. Recently I had an unfortunate experience with the furniture manager Mat. He treated us like we were bothering him, and was dismissive and rude. Thankfully Mike, the Operations manager was beyond amazing. He helped us, and made the entire experience so much better! Mike and Lindsay the cashier made us feel so welcome, we will be returning to Jysk Oshawa.

My wife and I just completed a renovation to the lower level of our home and needed a comfortable couch to finish the decorating part of our project. After visiting several other stores, we were pleasantly surprised when we found our - soon to be - new couch at JYSK. Our Sales Associate Earl, was very helpful with information and helped us load the purchase in our vehicle. We are happy with the quality and value of our new couch and would recommend JYSK to others.

Earl was a total rock star! He was sooo helpful when a few online orders needed some attention. His customer care makes me want to shop there again. No drama. Thank u Earl!

Always has the cutest things! Always good for someone with a tighter budget that wants a pretty home. Staff very helpful but they give you the right amount of space to wander around and don’t harass you. I love this store
