This place sucks. Get ready to pay to have items shipped from IKEA to IKEA. Some large items are on display in the store but you are only seeing a very small portion of the product line so it is pretty pointless. You need to look online or go to the real store to actually make a proper choice on a larger item.

Return policy is RIDICULOUS. We drove to North York from Whitby as Whitby does not have an IKEA to get a cabinet. Discovered when we got home we got the wrong size baskets for our shelf. Now I need to return it because I paid with my debit card even though my husband will be in Mississauga tomorrow and could complete this simple task on his way back. We do not have the same card. I’m beyond annoyed. No more trips to ikea for me. I’ll go to Jysk.

Good customer service, but for me these pick up location concepts are a huge fail by Ikea! Why would I pay $20+ for you to send my item to location ‘close’ to me when I can get things delivered to my house for free because a most retailers ship for free now in case you haven’t heard! Sorry Ikea but you lost a huge customer! I only visit this location for the chocolates maybe once a year now! Get with the times and stop trying to make it seem like you are doing ‘us’ the customer a favour! Your prices are definitely not cheap nor is your product worth the hassle anymore!

Friendly and acknowledged customers service, easy to pick up and order your items, there is a small show room with basic goods. Wardrobes, Dressers, vanity and so on. Recommended for sure.

Really good experience. So much easier than going to the store. I ordered online, had it shipped here for $20. I got an email when it shipped, and then later the same day another email when it was ready for pick up. I went the next day. You have 7 days to pick up. Give them your order number, they bring out your stuff on a cart, check your ID and you're set to go. Lots of easy parking.
