Poor customer service. Part time lady staff unprofessional, speaking in a loud voice (yelling) and in accusatory manner when item ordered couple months ago (deposit was paid already) was picked up.

Having looked all over Durham region, Acme furniture had the best selection for custom Canadian made sofas. The owner was great to deal with and super patient with us as we looked through hundreds of swatches lol. Can't wait to get our sofas next month. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
