My wife and I were at a point in our lives that we wanted some quality furniture. We visited the showroom in Kanata and were greeted by Steve. We were not pressured into a purchase whatsoever. Steve was very helpful and answered many queries during our visit to the showroom and over numerous emails that day. We finally decided on a couch and love seat after Steve diligently educated us over the various options available to us. We are excited to receive delivery of our new furniture. Thanks again Steve for an amazing experience. Ted and Linda.

The service and technical guidance and support was outstanding. They understand the importance of a positive customer experience and the free at home design consultation services was the added bonus that made me comfortable with buying their products. Zeina and Lena were fantastic.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. We were able to explore the various types of available furniture without any pressure sales tactics, but Steve was readily available if we had questions.

Trevor was fantastic! Went in on Thursday “just to look” and I didnt feel pressured at all. He gave me some information and fabric samples to take home, and I went back to see him the very next day to order my sofa. He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And efficient, Highly recommend!
