Polanco Home Furniture & Interior Decor Solutions

Updated again Sept 13, 2018....My replacement pieces were delivered today right on time and I got more than I expected. Mandy had included 2 pieces of decorative art that I had been looking at as a gift. I am very grateful and would like to acknowledge the extra efforts made to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Much appreciated! Updated Sept 6, 2018....7 months later I am not so impressed by the (after) sales or service I have received here. My sofa tables were floor models and it was only upon delivery that I noticed a large crack in one of the pieces. I let the owner know and was told a replacement would be reordered right away. About a month after that I noticed the other sofa table was warped on both ends and again sent photos to the owner who told me she would check with the manufacturer and get back to me. The explanation I was given was the humidity levels where I live. Seemed strange to me as I have lived in apartment buildings and condos for years with wood furniture without issue. After numerous texts and emails I was told another replacement piece was being ordered. Please note I had still not received the other replacement. Last week when I emailed to follow up I was told my furniture had arrived and that it would be delivered this week. We are just about at the end of another week and still no sofa tables. To boot, I recommended a friend to Polanco and she went and custom ordered a couch. Hers was delivered with the wrong seat cushion. It took her numerous comments, calls and emails to rectify this situation and only yesterday after 4 months did she finally get what she ordered. The week is finished and I am still battling just to have my pieces delivered Apparently spending $10 000 was not enough for to ensure proper follow through on promises. So incredibly disappointed. Feb 2018--I walked in last Thursday afternoon and immediately was drawn to one of the chairs. I sat down in it, looked at the (sale) price and knew it would be mine. I waited for Mandy, the store owner, as she had come highly recommended. I told her my needs and she listened, really listened and then made an appt to come see my place the next day to make sure my decisions were appropriate. I was so impressed by her services and recommendations that I arranged to meet her back at the store the next day to finalize details. Please note that I do not have a huge house with lots of money and rather just moved in to a little condo that I am renting and wanted to maximize space and enjoyment without outrageous spending. I got everything I could have wanted and more here and will send pics when the furniture arrives. Thank you so much for one stop shopping and exceptional service and style.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Good selection of furniture.

The store had a lot of great pieces. The staff members were friendly. Not everything that they sell can be seen in store--much of it is custom ordered. They have sample wood, stains, and textiles to view as well as brochures from the manufacturers.

Fantastic place to buy nice quality furniture. Staff are very helpful. I would recommend Polanco to all my friends.

High quality furniture and really nice costumer service.
