Nice layout pretty products rude salesperson. As I was walking through the store today Nov 15, I saw an employee busy putting Christmas products on display.I said - you must have lots of new Christmas stuff to unpack, she looked at me as if I was an idiot and her reply was : we are done with the Christmas stuff, it's almost all sold anyways!!! Hurry up and buy what you need! Ive rarely been spoken to so rudely in public. Not spending my money there.

To the Owners of Bateman House Furniture, I want to start off by stating I was very pleased with the service I received when I first purchased my couch and love seat two years ago. The unfortunate part is that the representative did not explain that the product would not last after two years and the sad part of it all we just recently moved it from our storage that was stored for a year and only had the privilege to using the actually couch for a year. The right side of the couch once you sit down on it has completely collapsed and you can feel the springs coming out. When my husband went back to the store to ask what could be done about this they stated nothing because the warranty has lapsed after a year and the head office cannot do nothing but offer us another selection of product that we can purchase.. In all my years of buying furniture I have never come across a very disappointing and unacceptable customer service, especially when the items I bought, which I spent more than I usually due because the Bateman House was recommended to me for quality assurance. .This is a lie, and we were not asking for a new couch but at least direct us to someone who can help us fix it. Which we should not have to for at least ten years if the quality of your furniture was what you stated it was. I will not recommend your store and I will be making sure that everyone knows that the Bateman Furniture Store does not have the quality that they suggest and the customer service stops after you purchase their product and walk outside their store. Purchased a marquee sign that broke within two weeks. Tried to get an exchange to have a new one, the manager was very rude and accused me of breaking it and then my two year old son, as it was impossible for her to understand a sign in a window out of reach to anyone but myself could just be faulty. Would love to support more local business, but this type of terrible service makes it very difficult. Buyer beware.
