Overall we had a great experience shopping at the Mississauga location. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of the furniture is much better then other places that we have seen. We got a beautiful 3 piece bedroom set. The delivery personnel were very friendly and careful with the furniture and not to scratch or damage anything. The only thing was that the delivery took 2 weeks longer then what we were originally expecting. Also when we tried to call them to follow up, the phone would never be answered (even though we called within their working hours of 11am to 4pm) and we had to leave a message for them to call us back. But on an overall basis, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone shopping for bedroom furniture.

Great staff and really nice collections. That was before This is now 6 weeks later. So we bought a nice couch from there. Now if only someone could communicate with us of when we are going to get it. No one seems to know. I feel like I bought a car everyone is so helpful when your in the store but after purchase, no help. All I hear is call customer service now. Not excited anymore just frustrated.

Received our delivery a few days ago, just before christmas as promised. the delivery guys were amazing, very polite and professional. We love our New Bedroom set....Definitely recommend this store to our friends!!

We bought our bedroom set here, after visiting all these big franchise stores. I highly recommend you to visit this store before buying any furniture, you can find some unique models here also find the same product other stores have but with much better price. They also have the option for financing which is great. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. They will listen to what you need and help you find what is best for you. Also they will give you the option to choose the colour or even change the design if possible.

Ordered a dresser from the Newmarket location back in October 9th, because I was in a rush to move I was in communication with customer service starting mid November to confirm date of arrival. Sara from customer service promised end of November, so I scheduled my move time to that week. Then it didn’t arrive, then she promised first week of December, and it didn’t arrive again. Some voicemails and emails to their company was unanswered so we felt uneasy as we paid for the first portion in cash. After repeated inquiries they delivered on Dec 21st and they refuse to bring it inside until I make full payment. I am writing this within 5 min of the deliveries guys leaving, and found a scuffed corner that’s facing the door. I’m not even going to try and contact them and put myself through the misery The dresser overall is decent, but the customer service rep Sara is horrendous.
