We purchased a sofa and love seat on Sept 1, 2018. Dennis was very helpful with the sale. The sofa was to arrive in 2 weeks. Unfortunately the warehouse was out of stock and waiting for new product to arrive. Bob in shipping kept us notified on a weekly basis regarding the shipment. On Oct 12th the furniture finally arrived. We noticed that one of the legs had a very large chip in it and the delivery people were quick to notify the store regarding the damage and informed us that a new leg would be available for pick up within a week at the store. After 2 weeks I decided to drop in on the store and see if the leg arrived. There it was sitting at the counter with a note on to call the customer. When I asked Val the manager why no one called, his response was "I don't know". To think in today's market customer service would be paramount to keep a business successful. With managers like Val I don't see how they will last. Val needs to take a course on customer service.

I purchased a couch and selected the smallest size available as it was for a small basement living room. They did not have a display model in this small size in the store. It fast became obvious that this style did not suit my needs. I discussed this with customer service and was contacted by Jim in customer service and am delighted to report that The Chesterfield Shop is working with me to find an affordable solution. They have gone above and beyond to help me and I will certainly use this store again and have no hesitations in recommending this store to family and friends. Great work!! 👍

Although my experience ordering from this location was far from smooth, I must acknowledge their management's ability to recognize a potential trainwreck and act in the best interest of the costumer. At the end of my transaction I was left satisfied with both my purchase and the service I received.

The salesperson, Kyle was so pleasant to work with. He wasn't pushy at all, and was super upfront and honest about all sofa details.

The place to gi for quality sofas and good customer service. We purchased 3 sofas from them and when we called for warrant support, they were there for us.
