Alan was a great sales man and very informative. He is also a Mason and was able to speak with us on a personal level which was also nice. Good to see he didn't hound us at all and jumped in when we needed questions answered. I would definitely recommend Alan! We will definitely return to this location.

Alan was very courteous and didn't pressure. He was helpful in explaining the product and listened to questions. He made our visit a pleasure. Thumbs up!

When I first went to the store to look at some recliners for my mom who’s undergoing radiation treatment I met Debra Rowley. She was very kind and showed me several options that would work well for my mom. We discussed the difference between a lever recliner and the power models and that discussion convinced me that power was the way to go as you have the option of stopping the chair in any position which would give my mom unlimited options to get comfortable. Debra gave me a brochure with the models circled, a warranty brochure and her card. Despite the distance from Thornhill to Newmarket I told my mom the day we went to purchase that excellent customer service was worth the drive. Unfortunately we ended up being at the store on a day when Debra wasn’t working. I was disappointed but shouldn’t have been as we met Alan Penn who was very friendly and understanding and quickly gained my confidence. He showed my mom the chairs that I had already tested out but then had a couple of others that he wanted her to try due to her height and leg length. We very quickly found the perfect fit, mom was happy and I’m sure she’ll have years of comfort from her new chair! As we opted for the extended warranty which I usually turn down, her chair is protected from all kinds of stains and damage, including both power motors for seven years, well worth the price. Thank you to both Debra & Alan for making our shopping experience an easy and positive experience!

Our salesman Alan was fantastic. No pressure and very knowledgable about the Lazyboy product lines. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Flawless experience with Alan. Very professional in a no pressure environment. Showed us all the options and didn't feel forced what so ever. If you're not dealing with Alan, you're not getting the best experience. Highly recommended!
