**DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS STORE** It was the worst experience. We purchased a sofa, a love seat and a chair here. when they delivered, the sofa was damaged. in general they have poor quality that after using them 2 weeks the fabric looks wrinkle in some parts. we went to store to ask for refund but the manager refused and he said with this price that's the quality you'll get!!!!! the store manager is very rude and incompetent.

1) The staff are not trained well to fill-out finance application forms. Apparantly, they applied for three seperate lines of credit for my purchased items!!! 2) I've sent them three emails (the same email address provided on my receipt) and no response yet after weeks of waiting!! I called them to speak with a person from costumer service department: A) the first time I called, a lady who picked-up the phone told me the person from costumer service is with another costumer. She took my number and told me that they will call me back shortly. B) I called them again after 1 hour for the 2nd time. A gentelman who picked-up the phone told me that the person from costumer service has just stepped outside for lunch and he took my number. C) I called again after 1 hour. Another lady who picked up the phone told me that the person from costumer service has just left for lunch!!!!!!! Is that a LINE that they use for everyone?!! D) The person from the costumer service department called me eventually. She was helpful and professional. She said that they will follow-up with the manufacturer. 3) I reported a defective part the same day I receieved the product (by email and phone). After one month, I have not yet receieved the replacement. The manufacturer is in Canada, so why I should wait for so long to receieve a replacement for something which was not my fault at all. 4) the quality of the sofa bed was poor. It was made in Canada and I expected a better product. 5) the delievery process was easy and the laborars and driver were professional. ______________________________ Update: I finally recieved the new part and got a response by email one day after posting this review here. I've added 1 more star to my review as the lady from costumer service (elham) was very kind and helpful today.

I NEVER recommend Leon's to anybody, quality & design are good but customer service and delivery is awful. I never had delivery experience with any company same as Leon's. they could not deliver on time, I was driving 2 hours to pick up my order from warehouse, when I came back, coffee table & end table had been broken, it took 4 weeks to exchange because they are not available. Driver was out of my home one hour earlier than expected time. when I was talking with him, he hanged up the phone. All drivers are very impolite & rude. I called to the store, It's ridiculous, they told me, Okay reschedule. very easy …. I do not know why should I buy furniture when will be delivered 2 months later !!!!!!!

Couch purchased on 11/25/2018 by salesperson Ameer A. When selling, he gave me one predicted date and after signing, he gave me a later one and claimed it was 'company policy' to do so. First delivery confirmed for 12/13/2018. Delivery service damages couch on way up to my apartment and takes it back (as I refused it). Customer service and the manager (Laila) both handled the situation as well and professionally as possible. Second delivery confirmed for 12/18/2018. Delivery service spends a whole 30 seconds looking at both entrances to my place and refuses to try bringing this item up. Customer service recommends I look at smaller options and asks if my sales rep ever mentioned measurements (which he did not at any point). Full refund approved. Leon's did not, at any point during this entire purchase, meet the expectations they had set. I'd advise to be weary when dealing with this location, as I can't speak on the others. The positive is, in the case that they mess up your order or delivery, Dionne and Tiffany are very professional and have great customer service skills.
