This saleswoman Georgina had come to my partners work and mentioned the brick was having a great sale. Needing a new mattress we came in and she helped us with our search. She was very patient, encouraging and wonderful to speak with. We got a great deal on a mattress and due to the terrible reviews we chose to pick it up ourselves. The warehouse person, Ryan, was amazing. He helped us load the crv and helped with the ratchet straps for the car (I've never used one before) He was so nice and beyond helpful. So happy with our treatment and the staff that helped us.

I went yesterday the Brick on Hwy7 & Yonge, Richmond Hill, and purchased a sectional sofa. This location has more selections compared to other locations, and the staffs were amazing. Especially the staff, NADER, who helped me was extremely helpful, professional and very kind. He was very friendly, polite and helpful all the time. The overall impression is excellent and I am very satisfied with the purchase yesterday. I would definitely recommend this Richmond Hill location and also the professional staff, NADER.

Last Sunday we purchased New York dining table and they told us if you want It now you have to go to Mississauga for pick up. They delivery charged me and I was told by the sales person named Gary who drops off the table will set it for you too. I did pay for 90$ extra and Thursday they delivered the table by 2 guys one was Named Dilsher Sing (Deep) and bring the package to my unite dropped off and wanted to leave. I told them at store Set up comes with it and at first they denied and 2 minuets after they came back with their tool to set up, My dog was around and guy name Deep Sing with attitude and being rude told my dog to go away, then he told me lock your dog inside the bedroom I don’t want to see your dog, I got offended he coming to my house how rude can be to say this? At second when I left my dog in balcony I warned him that’s not the way he should talk to me and abuse my dog. He again said I don’t care. With the assembly of table they got 4 extra screw in box and said finish to leave the place. I told him about the screw and he said I don’t know, they put extra in the box, when I check them they didn’t set up the table right, and my dog went around them he again abused my dog and hit him on the stomach with his rising his leg. I told them to take the table and leave my place otherwise I call the police for abusing my dog and wanted to take advantage of me. I’m very sorry for this people. I called the Richmond hill store 7 times already left them voice mail and they never responded back my call. Even the delivery company never returned my calls.

Big store with decent amount of various styles of furniture. Friendly sales staff that make the purchase feel personal. Would recommend! *Update* It's only been a month since purchase and have had nothing but problems. No one ever answers the phone at this location or calls back... Use a different location for an easier transaction.
