I decided to furnish our whole kitchen with Brick appliances. You can't beat the price anywhere and the customer service I received was extraordinary. They got the best warranty system in Canada. If you don’t use the warranty you get the money back toward your new purchase. Our sales associate Chris was very patient and honest. He did not pressure me to buy anything I did not feel comfortable with. The store manager took the time to meet with me one on one. I was so impressed with their professionalism; I would highly recommend this store to everyone. Thank you for everything, I will be back!

My wife and I came in the other day to look at a mattress and frame. Muhammad was very helpful in explaining the differences between the mattresses we were looking at. He clearly knew what he was talking about which was reassuring. Although we didn't end up buying anything, we will definitely come back and deal with Muhammad specifically.

The location has a large variety of products to choose from and the staff is very approachable! I've been nervous about purchasing a couch for my home, but manager Brandon was incredibly helpful. His product knowledge is advance and put me at ease when differentiating between couches. Would recommend for anyone, especially first time furniture buyers.

Purchased a few times from this location and every single time I've received excellent customer service. Especially from a worker named Brandon... I've watched him grow from the young sales to the store manager he is now. He's always been helpful and gave me the best deals.

I came to The Brick to purchase a sofa sectional. I was helped by Cherry the sales associate, who was very helpful in helping me select which set suits me the best. The managers Andrew and Terry were very personable and they made you feel like you are at home. I would absolutely shop here again.
